The Columbus, GA Consolidated Government is a collection of leaders and partners within Columbus, operating with the unified goal of creating a brighter and better future for our citizens and businesses. There is strength in numbers, and we utilize that strength for the betterment of our community. We have accomplished many things and are continuing to build on recent successes.

One of our greatest accomplishments is an incredibly low crime rate. While some areas of the country are experience higher levels of crime, it has gone down in Columbus, in part, because we have such a highly trained and well compensated police force. We support our officers and they are an integral part of our community.
